If you are under 19, your parent or guardian MUST fill out this form and have it notarized before you can receive care in non-emergent situations.

We will be closed Monday, May 29 in observance of Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday, May 30 at 8 a.m.

Summer Building Hours

Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday (Open May 13, Aug. 12 and Aug. 19 only): 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Sunday: Closed

Appointments are strongly recommended for all services. To make an appointment, call the below numbers or stop by our front desk.

If you have a medical concern during business hours and can't come to the University Health Center, call 402.472.7477 to speak with a nurse.

Please check in 20 minutes before your appointment to ensure timely processing and service. If you are late, you may be asked to reschedule.

Saturdays are reserved for same-day scheduling only and have limited availability.

Same day appointments are limited and reserved only for those who are severely ill or injured. Walk-in same-day appointments are available until 4:20 p.m. Monday – Friday.
