On-Line Health Screenings

CAPS

Counseling and Psychological Services offer on-line screenings in the areas of depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders, and alcohol and drug use. Take any of these confidential online screenings to see if you need to speak with a counselor about your problem.

Health Education Department

The Health Education Department offers all UNL student the opportunity to assess their health and well being by taking brief, free, and anonymous online screenings. If you would like to talk with someone about any concern, please call the Health Education Department at 402-472-7440 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Monday-Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm) and are free and confidential.
