If you are 18, your parent or guardian must fill out this form and have it notarized before you can receive care in non-emergent situations.

Health Center Building Hours

Appointment phone lines open at 8 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed (Open Saturday, May 11 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.)

Appointments are strongly recommended for all services. To make an appointment, call the below numbers or stop by our front desk.

If you have a medical concern and can't come to Nebraska Medicine–University Health Center, call 402.472.5000, option 6, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday to speak with a nurse.

Please check in 20 minutes before your appointment to ensure timely processing and service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule and offered the soonest available appointment with the same or other provider.

Appointments are encouraged. Limited same-day and walk-in appointments are available for the acutely ill or injured Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 30 minutes before closing.

Student fees do not cover after-hours, weekend or emergency medical care services. We recommend contacting your insurance company to verify urgent care network participation, benefits, copays and deductibles specific to your plan before seeking care.
