Saturday, Nov. 28 - 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Sunday, Nov. 29 - Closed

If this is a medical emergency, call 911. Otherwise, call Telephone Line to Care at 402-219-8050. Hours are 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday, 24 hours weekends and holidays. If you need immediate attention - go to the nearest emergency room, Linc Care, or urgent care center.

Currently enrolled UNL students are eligible to use the University Health Center.
How UNL student fees work = What services students receive for no charge.

UNL faculty and staff members are offered a number of healthcare services.

Community members can receive vaccines for disease prevention and international travel.

Urgent Care
Walk-Ins at the Medical Clinic

Really not feeling well, or have a bad injury, and need to see a medical provider right away?

Walk-ins are helped on a first come, first serve basis during regular business hours.

Women's Health
Women's Care

Our caring medical professionals specialize in women's health concerns, including: physical exams; Pap tests; breast exams; and contraceptive counseling and prescriptions.

Visits from Medical Specialists

Specialists from a variety of medical fields visit the University Health Center to treat students' specific medical issues.

Immunization Clinic

We provide all the immunizations you need, at prices most often less than community rates.

Allergy Clinic

Need allergy shots? You will receive excellent service and care from our specially trained allergy nurses.

Travel Clinic

Need immunizations before you go to another country? Our specially trained travel nurses will get you the immunizations you need.

Physical Therapy
Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists help students with a variety of joint, muscle, and bone issues, including: back and neck pain; muscle tension headaches; and sports injuries.

On-Site X-Rays and Medical Laboratory

All your medical lab tests can be done at our on-site lab. Our lab also offers Wellness Profiles, which will help you determine if there are things you can do to improve your health.

We also offer on-site, high quality digital x-rays.

Dental Office

Our professional, caring dental staff offers comprehensive dental care, including: annual exams, cleanings, and cavity treatment.


We offer both prescription and over-the-counter items, at prices most often less than community rates. Request refills online and pick up when it's convenient for you!

Nutrition Counseling

A registered dietitian will help you tailor your diet to meet your personal health needs through an individualized, collaborative approach.
