Free Breakfast and Wellness Profiles

Wednesday, Feb. 22, 8-11 a.m.
University Health Center, Medical Clinic (Level Two)

Wellness profiles are a quick blood draw that gives a snapshot of your health and detects possible problems. Fasting after midnight is required, and you can enjoy a free to-go breakfast for participating.

Appointments are required. Call 402.472.5000 to schedule your free Love Your Heart wellness profile.

Wellness profiles are at no cost for those who pay student fees. This event is open to students only; faculty and staff are ineligible to participate.

Mixxed Fit with Paris Henderson

Join this people-inspired fitness program that combines explosive dance movement and boot camp toning with all types of music from hip hop to pop fresh upbeat and familiar utilizing repetitive and easy to follow moves. This class is free, but reservation for attendance is required. Register in advance to reserve a spot.
