Same-Day Appointments

• Drop-ins are not accepted; you must call ahead of your visit.
• Same-day appointments are offered on a first come, first served basis.
• To request a same-day appointment, call 402.472.5000 to inquire about appointment availability or have a phone nurse assess your concern.
• If same-day appointments are unavailable or if your condition is severe, you may be referred to a nearby urgent care facility or emergency room.

Scheduling tips

1. Patients must make their own appointments. Be clear and specific when calling for an appointment.
2. Avoid scheduling an appointment within an hour of another class or commitment.
3. Save time by completing e-Checkin.
4. Bring your photo ID and insurance card (a picture or copy of the front and back of the card works as well) to every appointment.
5. Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to check in.
