Services available to UNL faculty and staff
- Primary care: annual exams, lab tests, radiology and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
- Dental: cleaning, exams and periodontal treatment.
- Physical therapy: treatment for pain, injuries and post-operative rehabilitation.
- Pharmacy: prescriptions and over-the-counter medications.
- Travel clinic: vaccinations and consultations for international travel.
Eligibility
- Services are available to employees of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
- Spouses and dependents of benefits-eligible employees may be eligible for certain services. Call ahead to confirm eligibility for a specific service.
- Appointments are required for care.
Billing and insurance
- Services are not payroll-deducted. Charges are billed directly to your insurance.
- The University Health Center is a Tier 1 facility for those on UNL’s Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska health insurance plan.
- Enrollment in UNL’s health insurance plan is not required to receive care.
- Spouses and dependents must be enrolled in the same insurance plan as the employee to be eligible for treatment.
