I grew up in Alma, Nebraska. My parents were teachers, with my dad teaching science, thus my interest in medicine. After living and working in Hayward, Wisconsin, for 27 years, my wife and I decided to move back to Nebraska to be closer to family. I like to do road and mountain biking. When I find the time, I also enjoy reading. Of course, spending time with my wife, Holly, is priceless.
