About Me
Combined program with UNMC and Creighton University Medical Center I was born and raised in Lincoln and moved to Omaha for medical school and psychiatry residency. I enjoy working with undergraduate and graduate students. My special interest is treating anxiety and depression. I also focus on mental wellness including positive thinking, goal-setting, and incorporating a healthy diet and exercise in the treatment plan for mental health. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, eating gourmet food, exercising, and traveling.
