Your previous immunization records
About Our Services
The University Health Center will automatically bill the following insurance companies:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- United Healthcare
For other types of insurance, the University Health Center will file a claim with your insurance company.
If you would like to pay your bill at time of service, we accept cash, check, NCard, Visa and MasterCard.
We can automatically bill most domestic insurance companies if you provide us the necessary policy information.
Payment will be required at the time of service for most insurance companies.

The Nebraska State Immunization Information System (NESIIS) Data Exchange is a secure data system designed to consolidate patient immunization records into one complete record.
If you receive an immunization at the University Health Center, you will be asked if you want your immunization record shared. This will be documented in your health record, which will determine if your immunizations are viewable in NESIIS.
- Available behind the University Health Center - Off of Vine Street between 14th and 16th streets
- Use designated parking lot labeled "Patient Parking" and inform check-in staff
