Wellness profiles are a quick blood draw that gives a snapshot of your health and detects possible problems. Fasting after midnight is required, and you can enjoy a free to-go breakfast for participating.

Wellness profiles are at no cost for those who pay student fees. This event is open to students only; faculty and staff are ineligible to participate.

Stop by the OASIS Lounge to learn about the risk factors that stress can do to your heart health and how to relieve the stress. We will be handing out heart-shaped stress balls, and you can enter our giveaway to win a Husker water bottle.
UNL Faculty and Staff - HealthierU Movement Challenge

Only UNL faculty and staff members are eligible to participate in this challenge. In connection with Heart Health Month, we are encouraging all UNL employees to spend time focusing on their heart health by including physical activity in their daily activities. All challenge participants who register before Feb. 15 and uploaded an activity will earn a challenge T-shirt. Join the HealthierU Movement Challenge.
